DeepCodeVN Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to DeepCodeVN, a creator workflow platform for preparing, previewing, and publishing short-form videos through user-authorized integrations.

These Terms of Service are effective as of June 22, 2026.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepCodeVN, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

DeepCodeVN is a public-facing web application that helps users upload or prepare short-form video content, manage captions and metadata, preview posts, confirm publishing actions, and publish content through user-authorized platform integrations such as TikTok.

DeepCodeVN may be referenced as an internal workflow module or product component. The public app name for TikTok Developer review is DeepCodeVN.

TikTok Integration

Users must authorize access through TikTok OAuth before DeepCodeVN can access TikTok data or provide TikTok-related workflow features. DeepCodeVN may use TikTok Login Kit for account authorization and TikTok Content Posting API for upload or publishing workflows after user confirmation.

DeepCodeVN does not collect TikTok passwords. Requested permissions are limited to the creator workflow and approved TikTok scopes.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their account activity, the accuracy of information they provide, and the legality of content uploaded, processed, or published through DeepCodeVN.

Users are responsible for the videos, captions, hashtags, and metadata they submit. Users must comply with all applicable laws, TikTok policies, third-party platform rules, intellectual property rules, and community guidelines.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their video content, captions, hashtags, metadata, and creator materials. By using DeepCodeVN, users grant DeepCodeVN the limited permission needed to host, process, preview, upload, or publish content solely to provide the requested service.

Users must have all rights, licenses, and permissions required for any content submitted through the service.

Publishing Confirmation

DeepCodeVN does not post content automatically without explicit user confirmation. Users preview the video, caption, hashtags, metadata, and selected settings before clicking confirm for a publishing action.

If a user does not confirm, DeepCodeVN will not submit that content for publishing through TikTok.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use the service for spam, illegal content, misleading content, infringement, abusive behavior, security attacks, unauthorized data access, or violation of TikTok policies.

Users may not attempt to bypass TikTok authorization, misuse access tokens, disrupt the service, or use DeepCodeVN in a way that violates third-party rights or platform rules.

Account Access and Revocation

Users control whether to connect a TikTok account. Users can revoke TikTok access at any time through TikTok account settings or by contacting DeepCodeVN for assistance with disconnecting the integration.

If authorization is revoked, TikTok-related features may stop working until the user reconnects the account.

Limitation of Liability

DeepCodeVN is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepCodeVN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, audience reach, account access, or platform availability.

Third-party platforms may change APIs, policies, rate limits, review status, or availability. DeepCodeVN is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services or user-provided content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, integrations, laws, or operational requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use of DeepCodeVN after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
