Introduction

DeepCodeVN is a public-facing web application that provides creator workflow and user-authorized TikTok publishing features. Users can connect TikTok, prepare short-form videos, preview captions and metadata, and confirm publishing actions.

DeepCodeVN uses TikTok OAuth authorization. DeepCodeVN does not collect TikTok passwords. DeepCodeVN does not sell user data.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that users provide directly, including name, email address, support messages, uploaded video files, captions, hashtags, metadata, selected publishing settings, and workflow preferences.

We may also collect technical records needed to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps, upload status, publishing status, error logs, browser or device information, IP-derived security signals, and audit records related to user-confirmed actions.

TikTok Data We Access

DeepCodeVN only accesses TikTok data allowed by the user and approved scopes. Depending on the permissions granted by the user and approved by TikTok, this may include basic profile information, account identifiers, profile or statistics data, video upload permissions, and video publishing permissions.

DeepCodeVN uses TikTok data only to provide creator workflow and publishing features. We do not request or store TikTok passwords.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the creator dashboard, authenticate connected accounts, process uploads, prepare drafts, display previews, submit user-confirmed publishing actions, show publishing history, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and respond to support requests.

We do not use TikTok account data for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or sale to third parties.

Data Sharing

DeepCodeVN does not sell user data. We may share data only when necessary to provide the service, complete an action requested by the user through TikTok, comply with law, protect rights and security, or use service providers that host, secure, monitor, or operate the application under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

We retain workflow data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records of user-confirmed actions, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service from misuse.

Users may request deletion of stored workflow files, account connection records, or support information by contacting DeepCodeVN. We process deletion requests within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. Access tokens are handled securely and used only to perform actions requested by the user.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their own accounts secure and contact us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

User Rights and Revocation

Users can request access, correction, deletion, or support related to their information by contacting DeepCodeVN. Users control what content is uploaded, previewed, and submitted for publishing.

Users can revoke TikTok access at any time through TikTok account settings or by contacting DeepCodeVN for assistance with disconnecting the integration.
